Where Tyler started

Lynch Land Service runs concrete, new driveway pours, land clearing, forestry mulching, excavation and site prep across Jefferson and Shelby counties. Tyler is as good on a machine as anyone in the Birmingham metro. That was never the problem.

The problem was that his calendar was not reliably full of the high ticket driveway and concrete work he does best. He was putting real hours every week into finding those jobs, and those hours were not turning into bookings. No marketing engine. Just effort.

One conversation, not a pitch

This did not start with a proposal. It started with a question: what do you want more of?

His answer was specific. High ticket concrete and driveway work, in neighborhoods he named. That answer became the entire build.

What we built

We documented the real work. We got on a job site and captured Tyler doing what he does. No stock footage. A homeowner considering a $30,000 driveway wants to see the crew and the finish before they ever call, so we showed them.

We built the creative and the campaign. That footage became the ad. We worked out his real selling points with him and built a complete Meta campaign around them, with a lead form that qualifies the person before Tyler spends a minute on them.

We targeted the map, not the metro. We did not buy the whole city. We went after the specific areas Tyler wanted to serve and pinned them tight, so his budget was only ever spent in front of people who could actually hire him.

We ran it on $60 a day. That is the entire media budget.

Month one results

A $28,000 job booked and on the schedule. Not a quote sitting in a folder.

46 qualified leads at $45.40 each, every one inside his target service area. 30,225 local homeowners reached across 62,924 impressions at a 4.4% click through rate.

And 5+ hours a week back in Tyler's pocket. That last number is the one people underrate. He is not writing ads, testing creative, checking a dashboard, or chasing cold leads. He opens a sheet, sees who came in, and calls them.

Why it worked

Nothing here is a growth hack. The proof was real, because we put his actual work on camera instead of describing it. The targeting was narrow, because a small budget spent only on the right zip codes beats a big budget sprayed at a metro. And the system runs without him.

An operator's job is to run the jobs. If your marketing needs you, it is not a system yet. It is another task.
