What areas do you serve?
Anywhere. We're based in Birmingham, Alabama and Destin, Florida, but the work is done remotely, so we take on businesses nationwide. One of our clients is in Auburn, Alabama and we meet with them every Wednesday on a call. Local to Birmingham or the Florida panhandle? We're happy to meet in person too.
What kind of businesses do you work with?
Almost any business. Pest control, accounting, real estate, retail shops, farms, trades, offices. If your team does the same task twice, we can usually automate it. Our client results so far are in home services, and if we can't find 5 hours a week to give back in your business, we'll tell you straight.
How does the money-back guarantee work?
If your first system doesn't save you 5+ hours a week within 60 days of going live, we refund your first month. To qualify, you give us access to the tools we need within 7 days of kickoff, show up to the weekly check-in calls, use the system the way we set it up, and ask for the refund in writing within 14 days after the 60 days end. We measure the hours together against the time map from your consultation. Ad spend and third-party software are not part of the refund.
What does it cost?
Simple monthly billing, cancel anytime, no long contracts. What you pay depends on how many systems you want running, so we scope it on the consultation once we know where your hours are actually going. The consultation itself is free and you keep the plan either way.
How long until it is live?
Two weeks from the consultation to your first working system. We handle the build and you do not operate anything. Once it is live it runs on its own, and we fix anything that comes up.
Do I have to learn new software?
No. The automations run on top of what you already use, and the repetitive work happens without you. If a system needs your attention to work, it is not finished. If you do want AI tools for your team, like Claude or ChatGPT set up for your business, we set them up and train your staff over screen share until they use them every day.
What happens on the free consultation?
Thirty minutes. We map how your business actually runs and find where your hours are leaking, usually into the mundane repetitive tasks nobody tracks. You walk away knowing exactly where the time is going even if we never work together.
What if I already have a CRM or tools I like?
Then we build around them. We are not trying to replace your stack. Most of what we do connects the things you already pay for so they stop needing you in the middle.
